Founded in 2009, our firm specializes in the construction of residential buildings. We take pride in our work and we approach each project with great enthusiasm and team work. We undertake all phases in a project, starting from the design, the feasibility study (μελέτη), and the licensing, to the coordination and supervision of the construction.
We provide detailed designs, budgets and time schedules to facilitate the building process in a timely and efficient manner. Each project is given unique consideration with regards to functionality, cost, aesthetics and environmental impact.

Civil Engineer (NTUA) and Project Manager PMP® , with over 20 years of experience in construction management, from the design feasibility & budget estimation , to the construction of all buildings in residential , industrial and hospitality sector.
Civil engineer (NTUA) , graduated in 2001. Initially worked in Athens before returning to Kalamata in 2004, where he has focused his work in the preparation of feasibility studies , supervision and construction of private projects.
Civil engineer, graduated in 2006 from the Polytechnical School of the Univeristy in Patras. She has been working in the preparation of feasibility studies, in the licensing of private construction projects. She is also a certified real estate appraiser.
Architect, graduated in 1995 from the Engineering School of the Aristotelian Univeristy Thessaliniki. He is experienced in the architectural design and municipality licensing of family residences, tourist accommodation units and the restoration of historic buildings.
